Answer for question 11

10. What are the punishments for the wrong uses of guns?

By current country it's not clear if you mean my country of origin (US) or adopted country (Japan). I know quite a lot about the gun control (or lack of control) situation in both countries. In America, even to pass a simple measure such as universal background checks even at gun shows or in private sales of guns is difficult. Other common sense measures that have been impossible to pass are for people on terrorist watch lists to be prohibited for buying a gun. Right now they can do so. Fortunately, some States, such as Hawaii, have their own much more strict gun control measures.

The Japanese are not allowed to have guns freely. On the other hand, in America, depending on states, gun policy is decided.

Normal citizens are not allowed to keep guns except hunters with a lisence.(Japan)

These were the best answers we recieved from our survey.
